It's the Driftless region, hills for days, corn fields and beautiful views of cascasding valleys. This was not a ride of many miles but a lot of elevation. 2400ft of elevation gain. Which to many seasoned riders might not seem like a lot, we live in the Midwest and every foot felt earned.
Kudos to Will for the navigation. Testing out his new Coros Dura head unit he got us through the route flawlessly. We even got to use our lights at the end to get home safley
That ride became our baseline. Not our hardest or fastest day, just the day we decided this journey mattered enough to document.
